Genuine UK "Hagner" sheets … and quality Binder/Slipcases also DIRT cheap!
The cost of imported and genuine European Hagner storage sheets has increased lately, due to the strong European currencies. The new (or about to be announced) recommended retail of $1.60 or so each is high, but that is the downside of our weak dollar! You are actually FAR better off financially buying German “Lighthouse” stockbooks at well under the storage page cost of Hagners. I have of course great deals on them here – www.glenstephens.com/lighthouse.htmlHowever for very many uses, Hagner sheets are simply indispensible, and if you want them at under 80c each, THIS is the place to order them from!
The locally made “Kanga” and “Eureka” stamp stock-sheets are sloppily and un-professionally packaged, and I refuse to sell them, on that basis alone. Buying official and genuine British made HAGNER sheets is CERTAINLY worth a few cents more each than the local copycats. I am VERY sure you’ll agree, when you’ve checked them and their “packaging” out yourself – side by side! These GENUINE Hagners come of course, all nearly packaged in TENS per size ex UK. Factory cartons of each size is 400 .. i.e. if you use large numbers of #2s for FDC, order a factory carton of 400.
I’ll say no more about quality and reliability, but the reason you pay more for a Mercedes than a Ford Falcon is VERY evident after you compare the 2 next to each other. Both have 4 wheels and a motor - and there the similarity stops! Only GENUINE Hagner sheets have the word HAGNER colourless embossed along the base. It is does NOT say that you may have a “Bangkok Rolex”.

If you REALLY want to buy genuine European made genuine Hagner Sheets - below are my discount prices. If you want to save a cent or two and take a chance on unknown and untested “copycat” type brands – well, you were warned.

You simply tell me exactly WHICH packs you want to make up the 220 (or 400 or 600 etc) you are paying for. You can mix and match however you wish within each order.
These are BEST quality European made sheets. The original and the BEST .. Market leader for 50 years. British made Hagner System genuine stock pages are specified by many postal administrations throughout the world. Using a clear, fully synthetic adhesive, a crystal-clear polyester foil (free of softeners) which is permanently bonded to chemically neutral, tough black photo-card.
The different stock page sizes will accommodate singles, pairs or blocks, Maxi sheets, souvenir sheets, and many more items besides! The possibilities are truly endless.Carefully selected superior black card made of homogeneous sulphite pulp is used, Mylar® film, and sized with saponified rosin size, so as not to give off colour. Card has a neutral pH value - no harmless acids that RUIN your stamps.
It is about 50 years since these genuine HAGNER style stock sheets came onto the market, AND they have been constantly improved. Today they are renowned for their unsurpassed quality, ease of use and ideal protection for stamps. Long term tests under extreme conditions have shown Hagner stock sheets will retain their valuable properties over centuries.
Senior Collectors and Postal Administrations and Museums and dealers worldwide rely on these genuine HAGNER brand stock sheets for the safe long-term storage and display of stamps. If these are the preferred medium of the professionals, they are PERFECT for you!

The size of the genuine Hagner standard stock-sheets is around A4 or Quarto – i.e. 215 x 280 mm. You can store them in nearly all standard main market 4 ring binders. See the INSANELY low Deluxe Binder/Slipcase special offer below - very nearly post free to you if ordered along with the Hagner Sheets! You NEED slipcases if you live in Australia and want to curtail rust/foxing/toning.
The pockets on the stock-sheets are approx the following heights in mm, from sheet #1 to sheet #8, in order:
242, 118, 79, 58, 46, 37, 32 and 28mm.
i.e. a #1 sheet (242 mm deep) is large enough for a VERY large cover, a very large sheetlet, or a huge mini sheet like 'Ausipex 84'. Right through to #8 size sheets, each of which can house 100s of the smallest size stamps - like the popular GB Machin heads etc. Size #3 or #4 is excellent for Australian mint blocks 4 etc. I only stock single sided Hagners – double sided are a waste of space in my view! You need to buy at least 10 of each size, as they are factory packed in tens. So important - you must order as “HS1 x 1” if you want TEN sheets, or “HS1 x 10” if you want 100 sheets of #1 You MUST specify as below how many of each size you need to make up your 220 or 400 or 600 order. I cannot read minds!
Order exactly in format as follows in the sheet sizes you need. EACH size is in a sealed pack of 10. Therefore “HS 3 x 4” is FORTY sheets of 79 mm strips or “Hagner 3” size. If you carelessly order “HS 3 x 40” when you need 40 sheets, I will ship and charge you for 400 sheets. So THINK before typing please!
Please DO type it carefully, and DO type exactly in this format below, or your order is very likely to be messed up, costing you expensive postage to return the wrong sizes – or the 10 times more you ordered than you really wanted!
So your order to me for 220 sheets on the email order form, www.glenstephens.com/order.html will look exactly like this format below, but in the exact choice of sizes of packs 10 each size you need –
" HS 1 x 1 - HS 2 x 4 - HS 3 x 5 - HS 4 x 10 - HS 5 x 2 (= 22 packs of 10 = 220 sheets)"
HS 1 = 242 mm high pocket x 1 strip a page i.e. #1 Size
HS 2 = 118 mm height pockets x 2 strips a page i.e. #2 Size
HS 3 = 79 mm height pockets x 3 strips a page i.e. #3 Size
HS 4 = 58 mm height pockets x 4 strips a page i.e. #4 Size
HS 5 = 46 mm height pockets x 5 strips a page i.e. #5 Size
HS 6 = 37 mm height pockets x 6 strips a page i.e. #6 Size
HS 7 = 32 mm height pockets x 7 strips a page i.e. #7 Size
HS 8 = 28 mm height pockets x 8 strips a page i.e. #8 Size
These above are a few HS 7 size sheets – i.e. “#7” size

All prices on EVERY list are weak Australian Dollars!!All prices are "nett" ... what you see is what you pay. NO Nasty, nasty 15%-20% Auction house "Buyer's Commission" silly nonsense is later extorted from you!
My bulk-buy price is well
under 80 cents a sheet !!!
This is around HALF usual retail!!! Buy up ..... I have 1000's here, and with the very strong Euro, you may never see prices like these again, as my replacement cost is going up each year, and supply issues are often CHRONIC!
220 sheets - $A200
400 sheets - $A340
600 sheets - $A475
POSTAGE on these is not as bad as you might imagine.
Each lot of 220 is pretty heavy - about 6 kilos.
I am making this unique fixed price offer for FLAT RATE POSTAGE ... no matter WHERE you live in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland (except NQ) - I will mail these for a flat $A20, plus Reg’d and packing fee.For North Queensland (Zones Q3, Q4) and all Tasmania and South Australia it will be a flat $A25 plus Reg’d Post and packing. And it will be a flat $30 for anywhere in Northern Territory or Western Australia.
400 or 600 often costs not much more postage than the 220 price shown here. In some cases 600 (18 kilos) costs EXACTLY the same as one carton of 220! 600 will fit into ONE large box, meaning only ONE postage cost for you. So buy more than you THINK you need, as you’ll save a ton on postage. And you WILL use them up!

And I CAN send 600 as one shipment, and still be under the PO max weight limit of 20 Kg. Let me know your postcode. If you are in a place that rates a high Australia Post 'zone' I'll quote postage, but 99% of readers will not be affected by this.
And of course nice stamps are ALWAYS used on MY parcels! "Win, win" for you – see here - www.stampboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=5599

In 30 years of stamp dealing I know one thing for sure - you can NEVER have too many Hagner sheets. NEVER!!!! Yes, you WILL use 220, and you'll use them 3 times faster than you think.
You will use 400 - trust me. And often 600. Get together with a few stamp friends and buy in bulk. Ask around at the stamp club. EVERYONE will buy 100 top quality GENUINE HAGNER storage sheets in their exact choice of sizes, at A80¢ each ... I can guarantee it!Some ‘know-all’ in the club may point out you may save a penny or two on local made ‘look-alike’ black “Hagner” sheets that are NOT genuine Hagners, and have no 50 year quality control and development history. Your stamps are worth $1,000s. Ask the know-all if he can guarantee you the strips will not fall off, the sheets will not buckle and warp, or indeed separate into 2 or 3 sections. And then place the order with me. “Oils Ain’t Oils”.

And YOU keep the nice stamps off the parcel! Nice stamps are ALWAYS used on mailings so cost to you is near ZERO! See full details of that reality here - www.stampboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=5599
Warning - NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER buy second-hand Hagner style sheets. You will pay nearly this price, and they may ruin your collection. FAST. If stamps have been stored there before, that have rust/toning/foxing etc, that mould is ON the black board already. And it WILL get worse. I can guarantee you that.
You often times cannot see it with the naked eye, but the tiny mould/rust spores ARE there. It will attack your stamps within months when you neatly place your stamps right on the spores. Buy NEW sheets and never have this problem.
